Supreme Council of the Astro Lords decided to punish a treaty fights.
From this point every Lord, who fight in PVP battles must follow battle rules and support fair play or he'll be punished by game methods (for example, by applying some negative effect).
Each case will be considered by the Supreme Council of the Astro Lords and punishment will depend on the degree of violation.
